Chamunda Devi

This temple attracts thousands of pilgrims from around the state.

Triund

Triund lies at the foot of the snowy mountains of Dhauladhars, at a height of 2827 meters. The snowline starts at Llaka, 5 km from Triund and offers a breathtaking view of the snowy peaks and valley.

Kangra

Kangra is located on the top of a ridge-shaped hourglass, surrounded by low green hills, near the confluence of the Bener and Majhi streams. It is a place famous for its temples, of which the most notable is dedicated to the goddess Brajreshwari. Kangra is steeped in history. Nagarkot, its ruined fortress bears witness to its glorious past. It is also known for its miniature paintings, whose production was very prolific with state Kangra rulers, who were great patrons of art.

Kareri

This is an idyllic place surrounded by green meadows, oaks and pines, well worth a visit.

Tatwani and Manchhrial

In Manchhrial there is a beautiful waterfall on the way to Tatwani, a place known for its hot springs.

Palampur

Palampur is a beautiful place located in the main valley of Kangra, to 1219 meters. It is completely surrounded by tea plantations and pine forests. This mountain village, located on the Pathankot-Manali road, is well connected with other cities and towns of Himachal Pradesh, both by narrow gauge train and by bus. Attractions worth visiting in and around Palampur are Neugal Khad, the Bandla, Andretta and Baijnath temple brook, among others.

Bir Billing

Bir Billing is well known place for adventure sports activites and its natural beauty. It is a valley surrounded by Himalayan Dhaulhadhar mountain ranges, lush green forests, fields, and tea gardens. The main activity for which the tourists come here for all over the world is Paragliding. Paragliding in Bir Billing is famous because it has high mountain known as Billing from here one can take-off very easily and the place is aproachable due to road cannectivity. The other thing is that climate of the surrounding does favour paragliding. Other than paragliding, camping, mountin cycling, trekking, fishing, river crossing are the things that you can do here. This place is also known for Tibetan monasteries and old temples

Masroor

In Masroor there are fifteen monolithic rock-cut temples have been built in Indo-Aryan style and have beautiful carvings.

Trilokpur

It is a cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and known for its stalactites and stalagmites.

Jwalamukhi

This is one of the most popular Hindu temples in the north. The famous and characteristic Jwalamukhi temple, "the goddess of fire", is built against a rocky cliff. Here are no idols, only an eternal flame coming out of a rock on the floor of the sanctuary and is considered a manifestation of the goddess. Other temples near the shrine of Jwalaji are the Ashtabhuja, Nagini Mata, Shri Raghunathji and Chaumukha. About 40 km from Jwalamukhi is Hamirpur, famous for its temples and current administrative center of the district of Hamirpur.

Deothsidh in the mountains Dhaulgiri Hamirpur district, it is also a place known for its religiosity. People come from afar to receive blessings from Baba Balak Nath, whose image is adorned in a cave. On route to Deothsidh you can see Nangal Dam and the temple complex of Naina Devi.
Taragarh

Here is a palace which was originally a summer retreat of the Nawab of Bhawalpur. It is situated between lush tea plantations and hills and, at present, is a National Heritage hotel, the Taragarh Palace Hotel.

Nadaun

It is a temple dedicated to the god Shiva.

Nurpur

Place well known for an ancient fortress and a temple of Brij Behari Raj. Legend has it that the image of the god Krishna This place was worshiped by Meera Bai.

Chintpurni

The popular Chintpurni temple is situated on a mountain ridge in the Hoshiarpur-Dharamshala road, and houses a stone idol (Pindi) representing the goddess.

Sujanpur Tira

This historic city is known for the palace, now in ruins, built by Sansar Chand Raja and Gauri Shankar temples, Murli Man.
